Administration

Manage your account and service access

The account menu contains profile, subscription, settings, tickets and sign out. Some actions are visible only to account administrators.

Client PortalAccount

Manage account users

Account administrators can open Users to create users, assign an available role and optionally send login details by email. The user list shows name, email, role, status and last login.

  1. Open Users from the left menu.
  2. Enter first name, last name and email.
  3. Select the appropriate role and decide whether login details should be emailed.
  4. Create the user and confirm the new row in the user list.
Share access individually. Give each person a separate user account instead of sharing one login. The maximum number of users is controlled by the active plan.

Review subscription and purchase history

The Subscription view shows effective service access, the current plan, expiration, included users and feature limits. Synced purchases appear in the purchase history. Select an order to review its details or download a receipt PDF.

Service access

Shows whether operational tools are currently available and which source controls that decision.

Purchase history

Shows synced orders, periods, user counts, totals and order status.

Understand plan limits

The plan can limit users, UTM links, total QR codes and dynamic QR codes. Usage is summarized on the Subscription page. Warnings also appear in UTM Links when a limit is close or has been reached.

Existing work remains visible. A reached creation limit blocks additional items according to the plan; review Subscription before deciding whether to remove old items or upgrade.

Use Settings carefully

The current customer Settings view includes deletion of all analytics and session history for the account. Sites, keys, users, links and licence data remain, but analytics totals, raw hits, events and step history are removed.

This action cannot be undone. Export any required reports and confirm the correct customer account before permanently deleting analytics data.

Profile and password

Profile shows the current name, email, customer and role. The password form requires the current password and a new password of at least eight characters.
