Find the cause before changing the setup

Start in the portal Help area for UTM strategy and categorized FAQ content. If the answer is not there, open a support ticket and include the exact site, campaign and time period.

Tracking not detected

Check the assigned domain, published snippet and latest tracking time.

UTM visit missing

Confirm the final URL contains the expected UTM parameters and reset old filters.

QR opens the wrong page

Scan the final asset, identify whether it is static or dynamic, and compare the destination.

Report looks incomplete

Check the report type, period, comparison and every active filter.

Tracking is not detected

  1. Open Sites and confirm that the configured domain matches the website exactly.
  2. Open Onboarding and compare the installed code with the current snippet.
  3. Confirm that the snippet loads globally and is not blocked by cache, consent configuration or a tag-manager rule.
  4. Visit a tagged URL and check the tracking status again.

Campaign data is missing or unexpected

  • Reset Analytics filters and select a period that includes the test visit.
  • Check whether the row is marked as external UTM rather than matched traffic.
  • Compare source, medium and campaign spelling with the saved link.
  • Remember that a landing hit and a continued session are different signals.
  • For QR traffic, confirm that the saved link and QR destination use the expected UTM values.
Useful evidence: the final tagged URL, approximate visit time, selected filters, expected result and a screenshot of the unexpected result.

Use support tickets for account-specific help

Open Help and select Support – tickets, or open Tickets from the Account menu. Create a ticket with a topic, subject and clear description. Continue the conversation in the same ticket and watch for unread reply badges.
